Yonja, was one of the world’s earliest social networks. Launched in 2003, months before Facebook, Yonja became the most trafficked Turkish website within a few years and was acquired in 2007 by Tiger Global and Mynet (the largest Turkish portal at the time).
After Yonja, I co-founded and helped grow CivicSolar, one of North America’s leading solar equipment distributors. CivicSolar was acquired by Greentech Renewables, a leading solar and electrical equipment distributor, in 2019.
My current passion project is SolarAcademy. My intention with SolarAcademy is to create a platform where advanced energy professionals share proprietary, authentic, and valuable information with property owners and each other.
Enki Solar invests most of its funds in steady yield-generating advanced energy assets as well as education, software-as-a-service, marketplace, and platform solutions for the advanced energy sector and beyond.
